step 4: set your asking price
Determine the asking price for your property based on market analysis for your area. This can be done by you reviewing similar properties for sale and determining what price they are selling for or alternatively what properties have sold similar to yours. Note: State legislation in some States require for the Disclosure Statements and Contract of Sale to be prepared and made available to prospective purchasers prior to the property going on the market. Contact your Lawyer who can guide you through this process.

Coordinate with your Lawyer and the buyer’s legal representative and conveyancer to finalize the sale. Conduct a final inspection of the property and facilitate the transfer of ownership by handing over keys and necessary documents. This final step forms part of the sale process with your legal team.
